目的了解河南省百日咳疫情回升原因和法定传染病报告病例诊断准确性.方法对2003年河南省法定传染病系统报告的部分病例进行回顾性调查,调查资料使用SPSS 11.0软件统计方法分析.结果法定传染病系统报告的病例准确性不高(50/141).结论近年百日咳报告病例的增多与医务工作者对法定传染病报告意识的增强和诊断标准掌握不严有关.
