采用控制变量法对5052铝合金板材进行了激光打孔实验研究,得到了扩束比、辅助气体气压和脉冲能量等参数对激光打孔成形质量的影响规律,并推荐了扩束比、辅助气体气压和脉冲能量等参数的合理选择范围。研究表明,扩束比和辅助气体气压对下孔径影响较大;脉冲能量增加,上下孔径及锥度变大。通过合理选择扩束比,适当选择较低的辅助气体气压、较低的脉冲能量,可以得到孔径较小且锥度较小的微孔。
The controllaminar method was used to study the laser drilling of 5052 aluminum alloy plate. The influence law of the parameters such as expansion ratio, auxiliary gas pressure and pulse energy on the laser drilling quality was obtained, and the expansion ratio, auxiliary gas Pressure and pulse energy and other parameters of the reasonable choice. The results show that the expansion ratio and the auxiliary gas pressure have a great influence on the lower aperture; the pulse energy increases, the upper and lower aperture and taper become larger. By reasonably choosing the beam expander ratio, choosing a lower auxiliary gas pressure and a lower pulse energy appropriately, micropores with smaller diameters and smaller taper can be obtained.
