高定向热解石墨中存在石墨相与部分石墨化碳相两相,本文对两相的基本特性和两相产生的机制进行了探讨,提出改变热解石墨的沉积参数,可以减少高定向热解石墨中两相的产生。
There are two phases of graphite phase and partially graphitized carbon phase in highly oriented pyrolytic graphite. The basic characteristics of the two phases and the mechanism of the two phases are discussed in this paper.
