【目的】　探讨TSG 6基因在 3T3 L1脂肪细胞诱导分化中表达水平的变化。　【方法】　采用细胞培养和RT PCR技术 ,检测细胞诱导分化不同时段脂肪细胞中TSG 6基因的表达水平。　【结果】　①随着脂肪细胞逐渐分化成熟 ,TSG 6基因mRNA表达水平逐渐升高 ;②TSG 6基因表达水平除在细胞分化第 0～ 2d、第 3～ 5d和第 7～ 10d各时段内差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )外 ,其余各时段之间表达水平差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。　【结论】　TSG 6基因与细胞分化以及脂质形成可能相关 【Objective】 To investigate the expression of TSG 6 gene in the differentiation of 3T3 L1 adipocytes. 【Methods】 TSG 6 gene expression in adipocytes was detected by cell culture and RT-PCR at different time points. 【Results】 ① As the adipocytes gradually differentiated, the mRNA expression of TSG 6 gradually increased; ② The expression levels of TSG 6 were not significantly different between 0 and 2 days, 3 to 5 days and 7 to 10 days (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference in the expression level among the other periods (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 TSG 6 gene may be related to cell differentiation and lipid formation
