本文针对目前中国超常教育何去何从的时代命题,简明扼要地提出了又好又快的“双超常教育”科学发展观,明确了“双超常教育”思想的核心是坚持以人为本,基本要求是全面协调可持续发展,根本方法是统筹兼顾。进而从十个方面提出了如何推进“双超常教育”的对策与举措,从而为中国超常教育的发展指明了方向。
