1许昌市高效节水灌溉示范区规划建设必要性分析项目建设符合中央关于把节水灌溉作为一项革命性措施来抓的要求,又符合水利部关于以东北、西北、华北等地区为重点,规模化建成一批高效节水灌溉示范的部署。同时,也是立足于许昌市水资源短缺的实际,着力打造与现代化农业政策相适应的农业水资源合理配置和高效利用体系的必然选择。项目的规划实施必将为提高水资源利用效率,促进许昌市经济社会全面进步提供强力水利支撑。
