MTBF是电源可靠性的计量指标。而影响MTBF的最重要因素是部件的温度。因此要提高电源的可靠性,如何保持较低温度显得特别重要。这就是散热实际的目的之所在。本节从热交换的基本原理入手,着重叙述了对于一个给定的模块电源及使用条件,如何进行热设计,使其保持在良好的工作状态。
MTBF is a measure of the reliability of the power supply. The most important factor that affects MTBF is the temperature of the part. Therefore, to improve the reliability of the power supply, how to maintain a lower temperature is particularly important. This is where the real purpose of cooling is. This section starts with the fundamentals of heat exchange, highlighting how thermal design can be done to keep a good working state of a given module power supply and conditions of use.
