本文测定35例正常人、100例甲状腺疾病患者及65例非甲状腺疾病患者血清TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4和TSH-IRMA水平。结果表明,甲状腺机能亢进组FT3、FT3、TT3和TT4明显增高;甲状腺机能减退组FT3、FT4、TT3和TT4明显减低;TSH-IRMA变化与此相反,均与正常人有显著差异(P<0.05)。各项指标中,TSH-IRMA最为灵敏,FT3、FT4远较TT3、TT4准确。非甲状腺疾病组主要表现为FT3、TT3降低,呈低T3综合征。因此,甲状腺激素水平尤其是游离激素的测定.其作用和意义不仅仅限于观察甲状腺本身的功能,对判断其它系统疾病病情和机体功能状态,估计发展趋势及判定预后均有一定的临床意义。
This article measured serum TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 and TSH-IRMA levels in 35 normal subjects, 100 thyroid disease patients and 65 non-thyroid disease patients. The results showed that FT3, FT3, TT3 and TT4 were significantly increased in patients with hyperthyroidism, FT3, FT4, TT3 and TT4 were significantly decreased in hypothyroidism group, while TSH-IRMA was significantly different from that in normal subjects (P <0 .05). Among the indicators, TSH-IRMA is the most sensitive, FT3, FT4 far more accurate than TT3, TT4. Non-thyroid disease group mainly as FT3, TT3 decreased, showed low T3 syndrome. Therefore, thyroid hormone levels, especially the determination of free hormones. Its role and significance is not limited to observe the function of the thyroid itself, to determine other systemic disease conditions and functional status of the body, to assess the development trend and determine the prognosis of certain clinical significance.
