为发展我国出版事业,繁荣社会主义先进文化,2007年,经国务院批准设立了国家出版基金。公开遴选了一批精品项目,推出了一批优秀成果,在打造精品、繁荣文化、推动发展等方面起到一定作用。但总感觉力度不够,文化发展明显落后于社会的整体发展,传世精品,几乎没有。2011年10月党的十七届六中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,在总结历史经验、科学分析形势的基础上,阐明了中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,确立了建设社会主义文化强国的宏伟目标。建设社会主义文化强国,就是要多出弘扬时代精神的文化精品,多出体现国家水准的传世之作,让全体人民共享文化发展成果。怎样才能真正的实现,还需各级政府及有关部门、单位共同努力。
In order to develop the publishing industry in our country and prosper the advanced culture of socialism, in 2007, the State Publication Fund was approved by the State Council. We have openly selected a number of quality projects, launched a series of outstanding achievements and played a role in creating excellent products, promoting a prosperous culture and promoting development. However, the general feeling is not enough. The development of culture obviously lags behind the overall development of society and there is almost no biography. In October 2011, the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee examined and passed the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning Deepening the Reform of Cultural System and Promoting the Great Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture. Based on the historical experience and the scientific analysis of the situation , Clarified the path of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics and established the grand goal of building a powerful socialist culture. To build a powerful socialist country means to give more cultural products to promote the spirit of the times and to reflect more on the handed down of the national standard so that all the people can share the fruits of cultural development. How to truly achieve, but also at all levels of government and relevant departments and units work together.
