目的:探讨炎琥宁肠溶微丸释放度的测定方法。方法:选用0.1 mol/L的盐酸溶液和pH 6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液为溶出介质,采用紫外分光光度法确定炎琥宁测定波长,制备标准曲线,考察吸收度与浓度的线性关系,通过精密度与回收率实验考察是否符合测定要求。结果:选择251 nm为炎琥宁的测定波长,炎琥宁在0.1 mol/L的盐酸溶液中10~40μg/mL、在pH 6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液中20~50μg/mL浓度范围内吸收度与浓度均呈良好的线性关系,精密度和回收率高。结论:紫外分光光度法测定炎琥宁肠溶微丸的释放度,方法简便、灵敏,符合测定要求。
Objective: To investigate the determination of the release of Yanhuaning enteric-coated pellets. Methods: The 0.1 mol / L hydrochloric acid solution and pH 6.8 phosphate buffer were used as dissolution medium.
