A meeting on the theory of metal alloys was held at the Institute of General Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry at the H.C. Kurnakov Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Academy of Sciences. A total of 227 people attended the meeting, including representatives of ministries, institutes of science and research, colleges and universities from various Soviet cities and representatives of various manufacturing enterprises. In addition, written comments were also received by scientists from the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences and the Urals Branch of the Soviet Academy of Sciences.
