国务院《关于支持福建省加快建设海峡西岸经济区的若干意见》发布,海西战略从地方决策上升为中央决策,从区域战略上升为国家战略,这是福建省建设海峡西岸经济区进程中一个重要的里程碑,标志着福建海西进入一个崭新的发展阶段。文章从福建在海西建设中的机遇与潜力及福建海西建设今后发展两方面提出若干问题的思考,以期尽快形成两岸共同发展的新格局。
The State Council’s “Opinions on Supporting Fujian Province to Accelerate the Building of an Economic Zone on the West Bank of the Taiwan Strait” was released. Hercynian strategy rose from a local decision making to a central one and from a regional strategy to a national one. This is an important issue in the process of Fujian’s construction of the economic zone on the western coast of the Straits Milestone, marking the Fujian Hercynian into a new stage of development. The article put forward some ponders on the opportunities and potentials of Fujian in Hercynian construction and the future development of Fujian Hercynian construction so as to form a new pattern of common development for both sides of the Taiwan Strait as soon as possible.
