取石网篮两种低温灭菌方法的应用与效果比较

目的比较取石网篮两组低温灭菌方法,为取石网篮选择安全有效、方便实用的灭菌方法,以满足临床的需求。方法对清洗消毒后的取石网篮采用两组低温灭菌方法,A组为2%戊二醛溶液浸泡灭菌法,B组为环氧乙烷灭菌法,并对两组灭菌方法进行比较。结果两组灭菌方法灭菌合格率均为100.00%;2%戊二醛溶液浸泡灭菌时间10h,保存期为4h;环氧乙烷低温灭菌法:灭菌时间20h,保存期3~6个月;两组灭菌方法引起器械的耗损率分别为11.67%、1.67%。结论取石网篮使用环氧乙烷低温灭菌,对取石网篮损害小、避免了内镜室人员不良反应的发生,并且环氧乙烷低温灭菌,采用单独包装、使用方便、避免污染、满足临床需求。 OBJECTIVE To compare the two methods of low-temperature sterilization with stone baskets to choose a safe and effective sterilization method for stone baskets to meet the clinical needs. Methods Two groups of low-temperature sterilization methods were used for the cleaning and disinfecting stone basket. Group A was sterilized by 2% glutaraldehyde solution, Group B was ethylene oxide sterilization method, and the sterilization methods of two groups Compare Results The sterilization rate of the two sterilization methods was 100.00%. The sterilization time of 2% glutaraldehyde solution was 10h, the storage period was 4h. The sterilization method of ethylene oxide was 20h, the storage period was 3 ~ 6 months. The sterilization rate of the two devices was 11.67% and 1.67% respectively. Conclusion The stone baskets are sterilized by low temperature with ethylene oxide, which is less damaging to the stone baskets and avoid the adverse reactions of the endoscopic personnel. The ethylene oxide is sterilized by low temperature. It is packaged separately and is easy to use and avoids contamination. Meet clinical needs.
