用酶学动力法测定20例脑出血及19例脑梗死的脑卒中血肌酸磷酸肌酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)及α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)。结果表明:39例脑卒中患者有血酶学变化22例,占56%,其中CK活性增高9例,LDH增高7例,GOT增高14例,α-HBDH增高4例,最早出现活性变化的为CK,其次为LDH、GOT及α-HBDH。脑出血量大小与脑梗死面积大小与酶值变化呈正相关。提示血CK、LDH及GOT的测定对脑卒中的诊断、判断病情及预后有一定临床意义。
Serum creatine phosphokinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (GSH) in 20 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 19 patients with cerebral infarction were measured by enzyme kinetic method α-HBDH). The results showed that there were 22 cases of hematological changes in 39 cases, accounting for 56%. Among them, CK activity increased in 9 cases, LDH increased in 7 cases, GOT increased in 14 cases, α-HBDH increased in 4 cases, the earliest active changes were CK, followed by LDH, GOT and α-HBDH. There was a positive correlation between the amount of cerebral hemorrhage and the area of cerebral infarction and the change of enzyme value. It is suggested that the determination of serum CK, LDH and GOT have certain clinical significance for the diagnosis of stroke, judgment of disease and prognosis.
