通过对跨海大桥防护现状、病害调查及损坏规律研究,根据腐蚀原理解释了海洋环境下混凝土结构损坏机理,分析了影响跨海大桥耐久性的关键部位,提出跨海大桥耐久性设计对策:应根据不同部位、不同区域采用相应的防护措施,在水位变动区、浪溅区用耐Cl-腐蚀的钢筋代替普通碳钢钢筋,在成本增加不多的情况下,彻底解决该段钢筋锈蚀问题,使跨海大桥各构件均能达到设计使用寿命。
Based on the research on the present situation of protection, disease investigation and damage of the bridge, the mechanism of damage to the concrete structure in the marine environment is explained based on the principle of corrosion, the key parts affecting the durability of the bridge are analyzed, and the durability design of the bridge is proposed. According to the different parts and different regions, the corresponding protective measures are adopted. In the water level fluctuating zone and the wave splash zone, the corrosion resistant steel bars instead of ordinary carbon steel bars are used to completely solve the corrosion problem of the steel bars at a small increase in cost. So that all components of the bridge across the sea can reach the design life.
