本文首先讨论了设计测力仪的基本要求;其次讨论了弹性系统设计中应注意的几项问题;最后得出如下结论:(1)在弹性系统中要避免联接面;(2)在设计电容或电感测力仪时,应注意把原始间隙D 做得尽量小。(3)在设计用电阻转换器的测力仪时,应注意宁可减少弹性部分的宽度b,而增加其厚度h 并缩短长度l,使其在保持预定的刚度下得到较大的灵敏度。(4)当同时须测几个方向的作用力时,一方向的作用力不应影响另一方向力所引起的变形量,或应尽量减少这种影响。(5)测力仪在测定某一工作过程中的作用力时,其弹性系统的变形不应使工作过程中的主要条件发生显著的变化。
This paper first discusses the basic requirements for the design of dynamometer. Secondly, it discusses several issues that should be paid attention to in the design of elastic system. Finally, the conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) In the elastic system, to avoid the joint; (2) Or inductive dynamometer, should pay attention to the original gap D as small as possible. (3) When designing a dynamometer with a resistance converter, care should be taken to reduce the width b of the elastic part rather than increase its thickness h and shorten the length l to obtain greater sensitivity while maintaining a predetermined rigidity. (4) When force is to be measured in several directions at the same time, the force in one direction shall not affect the amount of deformation caused by the other direction force or shall minimize such effect. (5) Dynamometer in the determination of a working process of the force, the deformation of the elastic system should not make the work of the main conditions of a significant change.
