风险评估工作能够及早发现、识别和评估突发公共卫生事件中的风险,从源头上预防、减少和消除可能发生的风险隐患,降低风险带来的不可预测的损失。因此,风险评估工作对有效防范和应对突发公共卫生事件带来的各类风险具有至关重要的意义。鉴于当前我国基于突发公共卫生事件风险评估技术的研究和应用均处于起步阶段,并且尚未有针对于决策树模型在突发公共卫生事件风险评估中的应用的研究的现状。鉴于此,本研究针对决策树的概念、特点、决策树模型的构建过程、决策树ID3算法的具体步骤及决策树模型在突发公共卫生事件风险评估中的应用进行介绍,为完善决策树模型在突发公共卫生事件风险评估技术的应用体系、框架提供帮助。
Risk assessment can detect, identify and assess risks in public health emergencies as early as possible, prevent, reduce and eliminate possible hidden dangers from the source, and reduce the unpredictable losses caused by risks. Therefore, the risk assessment work is very important to effectively prevent and respond to the various risks brought by public health emergencies. In view of the current research and application of risk assessment techniques based on public health emergencies in our country are in the initial stage, and there is no research on the application of decision tree model in the risk assessment of public health emergencies. In view of this, this study introduces the concept and characteristics of decision tree, the construction process of decision tree model, the concrete steps of decision tree ID3 algorithm and the application of decision tree model in risk assessment of public health emergencies. In order to improve the decision tree model In the emergency public health event risk assessment technology application system, the framework to provide help.
