随着新课改的实施,学科教学对学生的评价体系也在悄悄地发生着变化,鼓励性评价逐渐体现出了对学生可持续发展的优势。通过对美术课中一般评价和鼓励性评价所带来的教学效果的对比,显示了鼓励性评价在教学中的地位和价值。所以,美术教师要注重采取鼓励性的评价方法,并形成一个支持学生自信和成功的激励机制,为学生的可持续发展奠定基础。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the evaluation system of subject teaching to students has also been quietly changing. The evaluation of encouragement gradually shows its advantages for students’ sustainable development. The comparison of the teaching effects brought by the general evaluation and the encouraging evaluation in the art class shows the status and value of the encouragement evaluation in teaching. Therefore, art teachers should pay attention to encouraging evaluation methods and form an incentive mechanism to support students’ confidence and success so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of students.
