随着我国经济全球化发展步伐的不断加快,我国医疗事业得到了迅猛的发展,不仅医疗设备得到了有效的改进与完善,而且医疗技术水平也有了显著的提升。在医疗事业快速发展的同时,医院劳动合同的管理也面临着许多未知的挑战与冲击。劳动合同是医院日常管理工作中的一项重要内容,对医院的人事管理、经营发展等具有重要的影响。本文从劳动合同管理模式角度出发,对当前医院劳动关系中存在的问题、有关实际案例进行了一定分析,并对完善医院劳动合同管理模式提出了几点建议。
