以转基因双价抗虫棉自交后代为材料,利用PCR、Southern杂交、ELISA检测方法,分析了Cry1Ac基因与CpTI基因在基因组中的整合情况,结果显示,除sGK321和3517外,其余品种Cry1Ac基因和CpTI基因的整合位点不同,并且sGK321中两基因也只有一个位点相同;ELISA结果表明,同一个品种同一部位Cry1A蛋白和CpTI蛋白不能完全同步表达,它们的表达量存在差别,且这种差别在整个生长阶段并不稳定。
In this study, we analyzed the integration of Cry1Ac gene and CpTI gene in the genome using self-progeny transgenic Bt cotton as the material. The results showed that except for sGK321 and 3517, Cry1Ac gene And CpTI genes were different, and only one locus of two genes was the same in sGK321. ELISA results showed that Cry1A protein and CpTI protein in the same part of the same species could not be completely expressed simultaneously, and their expression levels were different The difference is not stable throughout the growth phase.
