本文通过对20世纪初实用美术发展情况的分析、论述可以看出,实用美术教育作为新式美术教育的重要组成部分有其存在的价值。颜文樑是新式美术教育的先驱者之一,他创立了苏州美术专科学校,把实用美术教育发展为学校的办学特色,开办了实用美术科,并附设了印刷制版工场,培养出一大批实用美术专业人才。颜文樑的办学方向是和他的实用美术教育思想密不可分的,他多次撰写文章从理论上阐述实用美术教育的重要性和必要性。本文从不同侧面详细论述了苏州美专实用美术科的教学和实习情况,从而体现出颜文樑实用美术教育思想在当时社会条件下的创新性和现实意义,以及对当代实用美术教育的启迪。 Based on the analysis of the development of practical art in the early 20th century, this essay shows that practical art education has its value as an important part of the new art education. Yan Wenliang is one of the pioneers of the new art education. He founded the Suzhou Fine Arts College, developed the practical art education into a school running characteristic, opened a practical art department, and attached a printing and platemaking workshop to cultivate a large number of practical and fine arts professions Talent. Yan Wenliang’s direction of running a school is inseparable from his thought of practical art education. He wrote many articles in theory to expound the importance and necessity of practical art education. This article elaborates the teaching and internship of Practical Arts in Suzhou Academy of Fine Arts from different aspects in detail, which reflects the innovative and practical significance of Yan Wenliang’s practical art education in contemporary social conditions as well as its enlightenment on contemporary practical art education.
