在测控系统的研制中,为适应复杂的测控场合,满足较高的系统实时性,通常需要采用智能化总线扩展卡,该类板卡具有板载微处理器,可作复杂的计算处理,减少主板CPU的工作量。结合嵌入式计算技术和目前测控领域十分流行的PXI计算机总线技术的研究,阐述了基于ARM微处理器的智能化PXI总线扩展卡的设计思路和开发方案。详细介绍了PXI总线接口的设计,板载ARM微控制器的电路连接方法,以及微控制器通过双口RAM和主板CPU之间的数据交换技术。并通过具体的智能化板卡设计实例,阐明了设计方案的实际应用。
In the development of measurement and control system, in order to meet the complex situation of measurement and control, to meet the high real-time system, usually need to adopt the intelligent bus expansion card, this kind of card has an on-board microprocessor, can be used for complex calculation processing, reduce Motherboard CPU workload. Combined with embedded computing technology and the PXI computer bus technology which is very popular in the field of measurement and control at present, this paper elaborates the design idea and development scheme of the intelligent PXI bus expansion card based on ARM microprocessor. The design of the PXI bus interface, the circuit connection method of the on-board ARM microcontroller and the data exchange technology between the dual-port RAM and the motherboard CPU are introduced in detail. And through the concrete example of intelligent card design, the practical application of the design scheme is expounded.
