基于三维扫描技术的红外弱光信号光斑测量方法

在红外光电探测系统中,一般都是弱光信号的检测和测量,为了实现光能量的全接收,需要对能量接收系统的光斑大小进行测量,故光斑大小的测试对于红外光电探测系统而言显得尤为重要。文章提出一种测试红外光斑大小的方法。首先,针对样品参数搭建光学平台,并对光源发射光信号进行辐射调制,运用锁相放大技术读取探测器探测到的有效信号,并采用三维扫描技术测量真实的光斑大小以及能量分布情况。测试结果表明有效靶面未能对光斑能量全接收。 In the infrared photodetection system, the detection and measurement of weak light signals are generally performed.
