本文研究了渗 Al 处理对低压等离子喷涂金属-氧化物扩散障作用的影响。发现短时间渗Al 处理,能提高扩散障对涂层与基体之间元素互扩散的阻碍作用。延长渗 Al 时间,扩散障中弥散细小的 Y_2O_3颗粒聚集成较大颗粒,并在扩散障与外涂层的交界上高度聚集,对涂层与基体的结合性能产生不利的影响。
In this paper, the effect of Al infiltration on the diffusion barrier of low-pressure plasma sprayed metal-oxide was studied. It was found that the infiltration of Al for a short time could improve the barrier effect of diffusion barrier on the mutual diffusion of elements between the coating and the matrix. When Al infiltration was prolonged, fine particles of Y_2O_3 dispersed in the diffusion barrier were aggregated into larger particles and were highly aggregated at the boundary between the diffusion barrier and the outer coating, which adversely affected the adhesion between the coating and the substrate.
