以 13个玉米自交系为材料 ,在红土 ( p H4 .2 4 )和潮土 ( p H7.95)两种土壤条件下 ,对玉米苗期的生物学和营养学性状进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,耐酸玉米自交系的苗期耐酸特性表现在生长速度较快、叶色较绿、干重累积较多 ,对钙的吸收效率较高 ,能抑制锰过量的毒害。与国外引进的已知耐酸自交系比较 ,不同玉米自交系对酸性土壤的反应不尽相同 ,可见明显的基因型差异 ,国内血缘的玉米自交系中 ,也有个别自交系具较好耐酸特性。显示出耐酸玉米选育工作具有广阔的发展前景
Thirteen maize inbred lines were used to study the biological and nutritional characteristics of maize seedlings under soil conditions of red soil (p H4. 24) and alluvial soil (p H7.95). The results showed that acid-tolerant characteristics of acid-tolerant maize inbred lines showed faster growth, more green leaf color, more accumulated dry weight and higher calcium absorption efficiency, which could inhibit the poisoning of manganese excess. Compared with the known acid-tolerant inbred lines imported from abroad, the response of different maize inbred lines to acid soils shows obvious genotypic differences. Among the domestic maize inbred lines, some inbred lines are also better Acid resistance. Acid-resistant corn breeding shows that the work has broad prospects for development
