“学习文化”不是指学文化,它归属于企业文化的范畴。“学习文化”就是赋予企业文化以更多的学习内涵,把学习上升为文化,借助企业文化营造出浓厚的学习氛围。企业文化理论提出了企业发展的“文化力”,学习型组织理论提出了企业发展的“学习力”,而“学习文化”就是文化力与学习力的有机结合,即企业既要有文化力, 又要有学习力,从而形成核心竞争力、持久发展力。
“Learning culture” does not mean learning culture, it belongs to the category of corporate culture. “Learning culture” is to give more corporate culture to learning content, learning to rise to culture, with the corporate culture to create a strong learning atmosphere.
