用RP－HPLC法测定雌二醇控释贴片的含量。流动相为甲醇-水（75：25），检测波长为280nm，在10～60μg／ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为100．62％（RSD=1．43％）。
RP-HPLC method for the determination of estradiol release tablets content. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (75:25) and the detection wavelength was 280 nm with a good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 10-60 μg / ml with an average recovery of 100.62% (RSD = 1 .43%).
