在机械事故中,发动机抱瓦属于较严重的事故。引起发动机抱瓦事故的原因很多,如机油油面过低、机油泵故障、润滑系统堵塞等,但归根结底都是缺少润滑油。为避免发动机抱瓦,笔者发明了一种自动防护装置,该装置对柴油机、汽油机均适用。1.结构避免发动机抱瓦的自动防护装置主要由油压开关K、控制继电器J及导线组成,如附图所示。油压开关K可用机油压力感应器代替,安装于发动机润滑系统的主油道上;控制继电器J安装在电器控制板上。
