目的建立同时测定蒙药复方述达格-4中高良姜素、山奈素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,色谱柱为Diamosil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.5%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~20 min,34%A→37%A,20~60 min,37%A)。流速1 mL/min,检测波长为286 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。结果高良姜素、山奈素的线性范围分别为0.04~0.40μg(r=0.999 9)、0.016 56~0.165 60μg(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为98.21%、98.93%,RSD分别为1.77%、2.55%。结论本法准确、简便,具有良好的重复性,可为蒙药复方述达格-4质量控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of galangin and kaempferol in strychnine compound, Suda Dag-4. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used. Diamosil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile (A) - 0.5% phosphoric acid solution (B) (0-20 min, 34% A → 37% A, 20-60 min, 37% A). The flow rate was 1 mL / min, the detection wavelength was 286 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear ranges of galangin and kaempferol were 0.04-0.40 μg (r = 0.999 9), 0.016 56-0 0.165 60 μg (r = 0.999 9), and the average recoveries (n = 6) were 98.21% 98.93%, RSD respectively 1.77%, 2.55%. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple, and has good repeatability, which can provide the basis for Mongolian drug compound Dudag-4 quality control.
