甲基叔丁醚(MTBE)是一种新型灌注溶石药物,本文报告了对MTBE及其乳剂(HCMT)动物毒性较系统的研究结果。实验测得昆明种小白鼠胃灌注、腹腔注射、静脉注射MTBE的LD_(50)分别为5.96、1.70、0.25ml/kg;昆明小白鼠胃灌注HCMT的LD_(50)为11.53mI/kg。鼠、兔、狗动物实验发现MTBE与HCMT能造成动物溶血、皮下组织水肿坏死、结膜充血水肿、神经麻痹、肝细胞混浊肿胀凝固性坏死、胆囊和胆管急性炎症、十二指肠乳头水肿、肠粘膜急性炎症等不同毒性表现。HCMT毒性略低于MTBE。作者认为:MTBE毒性较大,用于胆囊结石灌注溶石时应十分慎重,不允许MTBE进入非胆道系统的任何组织,不赞同将MTBE应用于胆管结石的灌注溶解治疗。
Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) is a new type of perfused limestone drug. In this paper, a systematic study of the toxicity of MTBE and its emulsion (HCMT) to animals was reported. The LD_ (50) values of gastric perfusion, intraperitoneal injection and intravenous injection of MTBE in Kunming mice were 5.96,1.70 and 0.25ml / kg, respectively. Animal experiments in mice, rabbits and dogs found that MTBE and HCMT can cause hemolysis in animals, edema and necrosis of subcutaneous tissue, congestion and edema of conjunctiva, nerve palsy, coagulation necrosis of swollen hepatocytes, acute inflammation of gallbladder and bile duct, papillary edema of duodenum, Mucosal acute inflammation and other different toxicity. HCMT toxicity slightly lower than MTBE. The authors believe that: MTBE toxicity, for gallstone calculi in the injection of limestone should be very careful, does not allow MTBE into the non-biliary system of any tissue, does not agree with the application of MTBE bile duct calculi infusion therapy.
