对孔隙率分别为9%、23%和30%的湿式烧结摩擦材料的台架试验表明,其动摩擦系数随孔隙率的提高而提高,接合时间随孔隙率的提高而缩短。还讨论了沟槽型式对其摩擦性能的影响,其刮油能力(以及与此有关的动摩擦系数)随沟槽与摩擦表面油流方向夹角的减小而增大;其冷却效果随沟槽与油流方向夹角的增大而增大。实验还表明,增加沟槽密度也可以改善摩擦片的摩擦性能和冷却效果。
The bench tests on wet sintered friction materials with porosity of 9%, 23% and 30% respectively show that the dynamic friction coefficient increases with the increase of porosity and the bonding time decreases with the increase of porosity. The influence of groove type on the friction performance is also discussed. The oil scraping ability (and the dynamic friction coefficient related to it) increases with the decrease of the included angle between the groove and the oil surface. And the direction of the oil flow increases and increases. Experiments also show that increasing the groove density can also improve the friction performance and cooling effect of the friction plate.
