目的 :研究非低血糖状态下糖尿病患者产生饥饿感的相关因素。方法 :在非低血糖状态下测定糖尿病患者体重指数 (BMI)、餐前后血糖和胰岛素水平 ,研究糖尿病患者产生饥饿感的相关因素。结果 :在非低血糖状态下有饥饿感糖尿病患者的BMI、餐前后血糖变化水平显著高于无饥饿感的糖尿病患者 ;空腹胰岛素、血糖水平及餐前后胰岛素的变化情况与饥饿感无明显关系。结论 :代谢率的增加可能是糖尿病患者产生饥饿感的主要原因。
Objective: To study the related factors of hunger in diabetic patients under non-hypoglycemic conditions. Methods: The body mass index (BMI), blood glucose and insulin level before and after a meal were measured in non-hypoglycemic conditions to study the related factors of hunger in diabetic patients. Results: In non-hypoglycemic diabetic patients with BMI, the level of blood glucose before and after meal was significantly higher than those without hunger. The fasting insulin, blood glucose and insulin before and after meal had no relationship with hunger. Conclusion: Increased metabolic rate may be the main cause of hunger in diabetic patients.
