为确定更为符合实际的铝合金筒形件三旋轮正旋工艺参数选用原则,以某厂某型号铝合金筒形旋压件为研究对象,利用大型非线性有限元软件ANSYS对其在不同工艺参数下的三旋轮正旋旋压过程进行了三维动态模拟和应力应变分析。分析结果表明:当旋轮进给量在0.66~1.58 mm/r时,其应力和应变变化不大,相对比较稳定;旋轮圆角半径大于0.6倍且小于1.25倍铝合金筒形件坯料厚度比较合适;旋轮成形角取22°~24°较佳;旋轮直径取220~240 mm较合适。研究结论对铝合金筒形件正旋的进一步研究和生产实际具有重要意义。
In order to determine a more realistic selection principle of the technological parameters of the three-turn roller of an aluminum alloy cylindrical part, taking a certain type of aluminum alloy cylindrical spinning part of a certain factory as the research object, using the large-scale nonlinear finite element software ANSYS, Three-dimensional dynamic simulation and stress-strain analysis of the three-gyrocompass spinning process under the process parameters were carried out. The analysis results show that the stress and strain change little when the feeding amount of rotors is between 0.66 and 1.58 mm / r, and the relative stability is relatively stable.
