激光焊广泛应用于多种材质,同时具有能量集中、焊接变形小、焊接缺陷少等明显优势使该技术近年来成为航空制造重要加工技术之一。以厚薄差异较大和异种材料两种焊接为例,从焊接性分析、焊接参数、焊接检验等几个方面阐述激光焊在弹射救生产品中的实际应用和推广意义。
Laser welding is widely used in a variety of materials, with the advantages of energy concentration, small welding deformation, less welding defects and so on. This technology has become one of the important processing technologies in aviation manufacturing in recent years. Taking the difference of thickness and dissimilar materials as examples, this paper expounds the practical application and popularization of laser welding in ejection lifesaving products from the aspects of weldability analysis, welding parameters and welding inspection.
