本文是在文献的基础上选用吐温-80增溶增色镉-试镉灵络合物,测得在475nm处摩尔吸光系数为1.5×10~5,在0~16微克镉/50毫升范围内符合比尔定律,此法显色稳定灵敏度高,适应性广,利用铜试剂-氯仿萃取富集镉,免去用氰化物之弊。在应用此法测定土壤、矿石及工业废水中痕量镉,结果满意,可与原子吸收光度法或极谱法媲美。实验部分一仪器和试剂国产721型分光光度计和英国H_(700)。分光光度计。镉标准溶液:100υg Cd ml~(-1),用优级纯碳酸镉配制,使用时再稀释。试镉灵(Cadion)乙醇溶液:0.02%,称取0.100克试镉灵溶于500毫升0.02N氢氧化钾的乙醇溶液
