低硒半合成饲料喂养的大白鼠的心肌超微结构未见异常;而喂养克山病病区粮能引起大白鼠和豚鼠心肌超微结构类似克山病心肌的早期病变,病区粮补硒可显著减轻实验动物心肌病变,但依然存在某些轻微变化。这些说明了低硒只是克山病形成的一个重要条件;硒对克山病有预防作用;也说明除低硒外,尚有其它未知因子引起克山病。本文对克山病可能的发病机理做了探讨。
