在当今复杂动态的企业内外部环境中,实现企业内生动力的升级换代,生态链条的动态贯通,主要取决于企业战略的执行力度。绩效管理作为战略落地有力动因,只有将其与企业战略目标高度匹配、执行环节精准衔接,才能够进一步促进企业健康、可持续发展。因此,本文主要结合战略人力资源管理及绩效管理的涵义,对在战略人力资源管理视角下,绩效管理的主要特征、影响及构建过程进行了详细的探析,相信通过本文的探讨,可以为企业发展壮大,带来有益的启示。
