目的建立小儿抗痫胶囊中天麻素的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定。VenusiL MP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(2:98);柱温:35℃;体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长:220 nm。结果 天麻素进样量在0.043 72~0.546 5μg(r=0.999 9)线性关系良好。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为2.7%(n=6)。结论本方法准确,可靠,可以作为小儿抗痫胶囊的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of gastrodin in children antiepileptic capsules. The method was determined by HPLC. VenusiL MP C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (2:98); column temperature: 35 ℃; volume flow rate 1.0 mL / min; detection wavelength: 220 nm. Results Gastrodin injection had a good linearity between 0.043 72 and 0.546 5 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.1% and the RSD was 2.7% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable and can be used as a quality control standard for pediatric anti-epileptic capsules.
