近年来,农民的生活水平有了不同程度的提高。但是,农村违法犯罪现象时有发生,影响了农村的稳定,威胁着农民生产、生活的安全。农安县法院对1997年以来农村犯罪问题进行了调查,从调查的情况看,具有以下几个特点:1、近年来农民犯罪居高不下,重特大恶性案件增多。多年来,农民犯罪一直占刑事案件的主流,1997年以来批准逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人中,农民占总数的71％。并且,杀人、重伤害、抢劫、盗窃、强奸案中农民犯罪比例较大,占农民犯罪总数的85％,这五类
In recent years, the standard of living of peasants has been raised to varying degrees. However, the phenomenon of illegal and criminal activities in rural areas has occurred from time to time, affecting the stability of rural areas and threatening the safety of peasants’ production and life. The investigation conducted by the court of Nong’an County on rural crimes since 1997 shows that the peasants’ crime has been on a high ground and that the number of serious and vicious crimes has increased in recent years.
