本研究首次将阻抗测量技术应用于三叉神经痛的诊断上。结果表明:牙源性三叉神经痛和中枢性三叉神经痛的患侧与健侧、罹患支分布区与其它测量区域之间阻抗值有显著差异;牙源性三叉神经痛与中枢性三叉神经痛患侧颜面部阻抗值相差不显著,但其罹患支分布区之间的阻抗值相差非常显著;牙源性三叉神经痛控制前后罹患支分布区阻抗值相差非常显著。说明这项技术能够明确鉴别牙源性三叉神经痛和中枢性三叉神经痛,从而为诊断三叉神经痛提供了新手段。
This study, for the first time, applies impedance measurement techniques to the diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia. The results showed that there were significant differences in the impedance values between odontogenic trigeminal neuralgia and central trigeminal neuralgia on the ipsilateral and contralateral sides and between affected branch distribution areas and other measurement areas; odontogenic trigeminal neuralgia and central trigeminal neuralgia There was no significant difference in facial impedance between the affected side and the affected side, but there was a significant difference in the impedance values between the affected branch distribution areas. The difference in the distribution of impedance between the affected branches before and after the odontogenic trigeminal neuralgia was very significant. Indicating that this technology can clearly identify odontogenic trigeminal neuralgia and central trigeminal neuralgia, which provides a new method for the diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia.
