《广州市志(1991～2000)》卷十四包括《人民代表大会志》《政府决策志》《政协志》《政务志》《民政志》《海关志》六部分志,该卷以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为指导,坚持实事求是的思想路线和存真求实的编纂原则,全面系统地记述20世纪最后10年广州市权力机关、行政机关、政治协商机关以及有关单位的历史与现状,为广州市新世纪的科学发展提供有益借鉴。
Vol. 14 of “Guangzhou Zhizhi (1991 ~ 2000)” includes the six parts of “People’s Congress”, “Decision Making of the Government,” “CPPCC Zhi”, “Government Affairs Zhi”, “Civil Administration Zhi” and “Customs Zhi” Insisting on the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and compiling principles of truth-seeking and truth-seeking, it comprehensively and systematically describes the history and current situation of the power organs, administrative organs, political consultative organs and relevant units in Guangzhou in the last decade of the 20th century for Guangzhou City, the scientific development of the new century to provide useful lessons.
