我国自古就有“无商不奸”的说法,在传统的面对面商务活动中尚且存在欺诈等诚信问题,如今的电子商务是建立在信息技术的发展之上,交易双方通过互联网进行商务活动,在这种看不到、摸不着对方的情况下,双方的诚信受到了严峻的考验,而且已经成为电子商务发展的最大瓶颈,这引起了更多的思考与关注。本文通过了解电子商务现状,分析电子商务中诚信缺失的表现与原因,并就此提出一些应对之策,以求建立良好的电子商务环境。
