简要评述了当前热门研究———飞秒脉冲激光用于近场光学显微镜的研究进展,主要介绍了一种结合飞秒脉冲激光器和近场光学显微镜、具有飞秒时间分辨率和纳米空间分辨率的新型设备,及其在飞秒近场光谱学、超精细修复和加工、微纳米超快开关等多个前沿领域的应用。对可能出现的问题和其发展前景也进行了初步的分析。
