前不久,一本厚厚的、极有可能影响中国电信业下一步决策制定的调研报告悄然出炉。这本名为《中国电信业进一步扩大对外开放及体制创新研究》的报告通过对过去中国电信改革的回顾,参照国外电信业的现状和走势,对中国电信业扩大对外开放、打破电信垄断、互联互通、3G、小灵通等等课题进行了深入调研,为政府制定相关决策提供了实证性的决策参考。据了解,该报告由国家发展和改革委员会经济体制与管理研究所室主任史炜带领来自包括发改委、UT 斯达康、信产部电信科学技术情报研究所、网通、电信等11名相关
Not long ago, a thick research report that most likely affected the next step in China’s telecom industry decision-making was quietly released. The report, titled “Research on Further Expanding the Opening up of China’s Telecommunication Industry and Institutional Innovation”, reviewed the past telecom reform in China and made reference to the current situation and trend of the telecom industry in foreign countries.
