为解决交通事件影响范围难以精确获取,进而影响交通管理与控制的问题,建立涵盖时间域和空间域的城市快速路交通事件影响范围模型。首先,根据交通事件对路网系统造成的后果,划分交通事件类型。然后,利用交通波理论,分析城市快速路交通事件发生点上游排队车辆的积聚消散过程和救援队响应时间。基于流体力学理论,分析交通事件发生点上游交通流的黏性耗散变化,得到一种判别间接空间域影响范围的方法。最后,通过算例验证模型的有效性。结果表明,利用该模型可以精确获取交通事件的最大影响时间和最大空间影响范围。
In order to solve the problem that the influence scope of traffic accident is hard to acquire accurately and then affect the traffic management and control, a model of the impact range of urban expressway traffic accidents covering the time domain and the spatial domain is established. First of all, according to the traffic incident on the road network system, the consequences of traffic classification. Then, by using the theory of traffic wave, the process of accumulation and dissipation of queuing vehicles and the response time of rescue teams in the upstream of traffic accidents occurred in urban expressways are analyzed. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, the change of viscous dissipation in the traffic flow upstream of the traffic accident is analyzed, and a method of discriminating the influence range of the indirect space domain is obtained. Finally, an example is used to verify the validity of the model. The results show that the model can accurately obtain the maximum impact time and the maximum impact space of traffic accidents.
