研究了用氢化物原子荧光法测定城市污水中铅的方法。对样品前处理方法进行了筛选,在选定的最佳实验条件下,方法检出限为0.55ug/L。标样含量在25ug/L时,其变异系数为0.3%。以实际样品测定,加标回收率为96%~101%,变异系数在2%以内,证明本方法测定污水中的铅切实、有效。
The method of determination of lead in urban sewage by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied. The sample pretreatment method was screened. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limit was 0.55ug / L. When the standard content is 25ug / L, the coefficient of variation is 0.3%. The determination of the actual samples, spiked recoveries of 96% to 101%, coefficient of variation of less than 2%, proved that the method of determination of lead in sewage effluent, effective.
