针对当前红外搜索跟踪系统的测试设备存在测试项目单一的问题,结合作用距离测试原理及动态靶标的研制思路,设计了一种兼顾测试作用距离及跟踪精度的测试设备。为获得良好的远距离点目标动态模拟效果,采用控温黑体与渐变式衰减片组合的方式模拟远距离目标,使用双反射镜旋臂系统模拟目标运动过程,并对测试设备控制系统进行了规划。在对测试系统各部分测试精度进行分析的基础上,对由旋臂转动造成的误差使用有限元分析软件进行重点分析,在旋臂转速为6 rad/s时,跟踪测试精度误差为0.004 mrad,可以满足测试精度要求。该设计为红外搜索跟踪系统测试设备的研制及改进提供了可行的方法及理论基础。
Aiming at the single problem of the test equipment of the current infrared search and tracking system, a test equipment that takes into account the test distance and the tracking accuracy is designed according to the principle of distance measurement and the research of dynamic target. In order to get a good dynamic simulation result of long-distance point target, the long-distance target is simulated by the combination of temperature-controlled blackbody and gradual attenuator. The dual-mirror rotating arm system is used to simulate the target movement and the test equipment control system is planned . Based on the analysis of the test accuracy of each part of the test system, the error caused by the rotation of the arm is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software. When the rotating speed of the arm is 6 rad / s, the error of the tracking test is 0.004 mrad, To meet the test accuracy requirements. The design provides a feasible method and theoretical basis for the development and improvement of infrared search and tracking system test equipment.
