诸多研究已证实,新生血管的形成对肿瘤的发生、发展起着关键作用[1]。因此对于肿瘤新生血管的检测,有利于肿瘤的早期诊断,治疗评估和预后估计。超声造影作为一种血池显像技术,有利于显示肿瘤新生血管。近年来,随着超声设备的不断发展和新一代微泡造影剂的诞生,超声造影技术在乳腺疾病检查中也有了突飞猛进[2],本文就超声造影在乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断和临床应用前景方面的进展作一综述。
