目的观察宫术宁胶棒在绝经后取环术中的应用价值。方法将156例绝经后取环患者随机分成实验组及对照组,观察两组患者的宫颈扩张情况、对受术者的镇痛效果及取环成功率。结果实验组宫颈充分扩张率达100%,无痛率85.37%,取环成功率100%,与对照组对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对于绝经后妇女,直接取环易造成IUD取出困难及失败,通过术时应用宫术宁胶棒改善宫颈条件,可以提高取环的成功率,并明显减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To observe the clinical value of Gongshining Ningbang stick in the postmenopausal circumcision. Methods 156 cases of postmenopausal patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The cervical dilatation, the analgesic effect and the success rate of the ring were observed. Results In the experimental group, the rate of full cervical expansion was 100%, the rate of painlessness was 85.37%, and the successful rate of the loop was 100%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusions For postmenopausal women, it is difficult and unsuccessful to take the IUD directly by taking the ring, which can improve the success rate of taking the ring and significantly reduce the suffering of the patient through the application of Gongning Ning glue stick during operation.
