非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)由于其术后镇痛的效果良好,适用于术后中度疼痛和费用少而备受关注。非甾体类抗炎药在术后镇痛中与阿片类药物合用可以减少阿片类药物的不良反应.故其使用有增加趋势。但NSAID药物的治疗作用与不良反应并存,使用不当或使用时间长会造成严重不良反应,甚至会危及生命,需引起高度警惕。本文就非甾体类抗炎药在术后镇痛中的不良反应作一综述。
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) have drawn much attention for their good postoperative analgesia and for postoperative moderate pain and less cost. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the postoperative analgesia with opiates can reduce opioid adverse reactions, so the use of an increasing trend. However, the therapeutic effect and side effects of NSAID drugs coexist. Improper use or prolonged use of drugs can cause serious adverse reactions, and even endanger life, and arouse vigilance. This article reviews the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in postoperative analgesia adverse reactions.
